Crown Lengthening Procedure in Epidermolysis Bullosa: A Case Report

Epidermolysis bullosa (EB) is a spectrum of conditions characterized by mechanical fragility and blistering the skin. Individuals suffering from EB display wide range symptoms based on affected proteins in different organs tissues body, including craniofacial complex oral cavity. In this case-report, 22-year-old girl with Dominant Dystrophic Bullosa presented. She suffered no other medical complication psychological examination was normal. Atraumatic extraction hopeless teeth performed patient referred for endodontic treatment maintainable teeth. Surgical crown lengthening anterior segments two sessions specific precautions to avoid soft tissue trauma irritation both during surgery after it. Post-surgery healing uneventful acceptable. conclusion, few precautions, surgical can be these patients minimal optimal post-surgery.
